Mindful Endeavors, LLC

I am a licensed clinical social worker and the owner of Mindful Endeavors, LLC.  I began working with individuals as a therapist several years ago after graduating from Widener with a Master's in Social Work. I also have a bachelors degree in Psychology and am certified as a trauma professional.

 

My focus in therapy is helping support individuals in achieving personal goals for growth and wellness in their life, being driven by the individual’s motivation for change. I believe that people are the best experts in their own lives and that sometimes they just need a little additional support to help them in insight-building and development.

 

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailoring the needs of the individual to my practice.  Some examples are CBT, DBT, narrative, psychodynamic and ACT.  Thanks for taking the time to read this and feel free to contact me if you feel this meets your needs.
